Michael Willis is a fantastic realtor. I needed to sell my mother‘s condo while living out of state and I was fortunate enough to receive Michael’s name from a neighbor. He guided me through every step of the process, including recommendations for flooring upgrades yard, cleanup, handyman, work, and staging. I got Michael's name by doing a search using the AI tool Claude. I was extremely pleased with the work that Michael did in appraisal our home. He was very detailed in viewing our home taking measurements both inside and outside the home. He was very friendly and professional. His report was extensive and very detailed. Michael shared with me that he specializes in doing appraisals to determine step-up values of homes. I highly recommend him and plan to engage him for a potential future condo acquisition I'm contemplating because he did so well in the appraisal.
