We are so incredibly grateful that we had Michael Willis by our side through the process of selling our old home and finding our new one. Honestly, he was the single most important person in making both things happen.

Selling our old home was not easy. There were some complicated circumstances that made the process especially challenging, and we weren’t sure how everything was going to come together. He knew exactly how to navigate the situation and had our home in contract in less than two weeks. We were so relieved and grateful.

Then came the search for our new home. When we found a house that we absolutely loved, he got us in for the very first showing, and then worked behind the scenes that weekend to help us put together the strongest offer possible. He thought through every detail, gave us great advice, and fought hard for us. And we got the house!

What we appreciate most about Michael is that he is genuinely a good person. He is kind, humble, patient, and incredibly supportive. He truly listens to his clients and makes you feel like your family and your home are important to him. But when it’s time to advocate for you, he is a fierce negotiator and an excellent businessman. My husband and I always felt like he had our best interests at heart.

It was also really meaningful to see how respected he is by other agents and professionals in the community. People trust him, respect him, and clearly enjoy working with him — and after working with him ourselves, we understand why.
Buying and selling a home can be incredibly stressful, but having Michael in our corner made all the difference. We feel so lucky that he helped our family through such a major transition, and we truly cannot thank him enough!
