Background
I earned an SRA designation from the Appraisal Institute that is considered the Gold Standard for appraisal designations and education. I have taught numerous classes to other appraisers, real estate offices, and the public in regards to basic appraisal principles, solar valuation, and making sense of automated valuation models.
My specialty in appraising has always been serving private clients for estate planning purposes, taxes, gifts, and date-of-death/step-up basis.
