Michael was our selling agent and I found him to be super caring, authentic and thoughtful in how he went about the transaction. He provides honest feedback without being overly opinionated, which is a huge plus. He was methodical in determining the right price to list the home, in order to get in under specific filters. He talked us through the numbers to ensure we were agreeable and ultimately set the right strategy as our selling expectations were definitely exceeded. Michael was thorough in the time he spent with us reviewing and explaining documents that needed to be signed and he was in constant communication either via text, phone, or email. When it came time to review offers, he had already done his homework, had vetted the lenders, had spoken with the various buying agents, etc.
In addition, the house we purchased was via a private sale and with the use of attorneys rather than realtors. Michael has a vast network and was key in helping introduce us to the real estate attorney, mortgage lenders, home inspectors, pest inspectors, etc. Even though he was not involved in our buying transaction (only the selling), he was gracious in helping us through a few questions and stumbling blocks we ran into on our purchase, which he didn’t need to do, but it’s in his nature for being such a good guy!
I will definitely be recommending Michael as a realtor to my friends/ acquaintances in the area that are looking to buy or sell a home! Buying and/or selling a house is stressful, but Michael is a pleasure to work with and extremely helpful every step of the way (not to mention great at his job)! Getting along with your realtor is one less stress to worry about if you work with Michael!
